System Integration Services in Australia

Your systems don't talk to each other.
Your team pays for it daily.

System Integration Services for Australian Businesses

Shopify doesn't sync to Xero. Xero doesn't update your warehouse. Your warehouse doesn't feed your CRM. So someone on your team enters the same data in three places, every day, and reconciles errors every month. ChainZ connects your systems for Australian businesses — once — so your data flows automatically and your team stops doing the computer's job.

This service is for you if…
01Your team manually re-enters data between systems — updating inventory in one tool after an order arrives in another, exporting from CRM to update finance, or copying customer details between platforms.
02You have a clear picture of what data needs to flow where, but the systems involved don't have native integrations — or the native connectors don't handle your specific logic.
03You're about to implement a new system (ERP, CRM, WMS) and need it connected to your existing stack before go-live — so your team isn't maintaining two parallel workflows during the transition.

what you get

System Integration Services:
Six things we deliver.

01
Systems & API audit

A full assessment of every system in scope — what APIs exist, what data is available, what limitations apply (rate limits, webhook support, auth methods). No assumptions, no surprises discovered mid-build.

02
Integration architecture document

A clear diagram and spec of exactly what data flows where, in what format, on what trigger, and how conflicts or errors are handled. Agreed before any code is written.

03
Middleware or direct API connections

Built as a standalone middleware layer or direct API-to-API connections — whichever is more reliable for your specific system combination. No duct-tape connectors that break on the next API update.

04
Data transformation & mapping

Data rarely moves between systems in the same format. We handle field mapping, type conversion, currency formatting, tax code mapping, and deduplication — so the receiving system gets clean, usable data.

05
Error handling & alerting

Every integration breaks eventually — API outages, schema changes, rate limit hits. We build error detection, retry logic, and alerting so your team knows when something fails and why — not when they notice stale data.

06
Monitoring dashboard & documentation

A simple dashboard showing integration health — sync status, error rates, data volumes — and full technical documentation so your team can maintain it without reverse-engineering the implementation.

how it works

Systems audit to live integrations
in 4–8 weeks.

01. Systems audit & data flow mapping +
We assess every system in scope — API capabilities, authentication, rate limits, data formats, and existing connectors. We map exactly what data needs to flow where, at what frequency, and with what business logic. Output: integration architecture document, agreed before build.
Week 1 · Architecture sign-off
02. Build integrations in priority order +
We build the highest-value integrations first. Each one is built, tested in staging, and verified before moving to the next. You see working integrations progressively, not all at once at the end.
Weeks 2–6 · Progressive delivery
03. End-to-end testing with real data +
Testing with your actual production data in a staging environment — not synthetic test data that misses the edge cases your real operations surface. We test error conditions, rate limits, and conflict scenarios specifically.
Week 6–7 · Sign-off before go-live
04. Go-live & monitoring setup +
Production deployment, monitoring dashboard configured, and a 30-day post-launch support period. If an API update breaks something in the first 30 days, we fix it as part of the engagement.
Week 7–8 · Go-live + 30-day support

🛍️ Retail & Operations

Four-system ERP integration eliminating daily manual reconciliation

A retail business was manually reconciling data between Shopify, Xero, a custom WMS, and their CRM — a 2-hour daily task with regular errors. ChainZ built a middleware integration layer connecting all four systems: orders from Shopify automatically update Xero financials, trigger WMS fulfilment, and update CRM contact history. Real-time sync, zero manual reconciliation since go-live.

📊 Instagram Multi-Account Sync

ChainZ built ChainHub — a multi-agent orchestration platform connecting 500+ AI models through a single API. ChainHub uses the same agent architecture we deploy for clients: routing logic, tool calling, context management, and fallback handling running reliably at scale, every day.

This proves we can build reliable, production-grade AI agent systems — not just working prototypes.

System Integration Services in Australia:
Questions we get asked.

01.Can't we just use Zapier or Make for this?+
Zapier and Make are excellent for simple, linear automations. We recommend them for straightforward use cases. When they're not enough: complex conditional logic, large data volumes, transformations that require custom code, bidirectional sync with conflict resolution, or legacy systems without Zapier connectors. If Zapier would solve your problem, we'll tell you.
02.What happens when an API changes or goes down?+
Every agent we build has explicit confidence thresholds and human escalation paths. When the agent is uncertain, it flags the item for a human rather than guessing. We run extensive testing on real data before go-live, and the 30-day post-launch support period catches real-world edge cases that didn't appear in testing.
03.We have a legacy system with no API. Can you still integrate it?+
Sometimes yes, sometimes no — it depends on what the legacy system exposes. Options we've used: database-level integration, file-based integration (CSV/XML export on a schedule), or building a lightweight API wrapper around the legacy system. The systems audit in week one tells you exactly what's possible and what the trade-offs are.
04.How much does system integration cost in Australia?+
A two-system integration with straightforward data flow (e.g. Shopify → Xero for order financials) typically falls in the AUD $8,000–$18,000 range. Integrations involving three or more systems, complex business logic, bidirectional sync, or legacy system complexity typically range AUD $18,000–$45,000. We give you a specific estimate after the systems audit.
05.How long does a system integration project take in Australia?+
A focused two-system integration typically takes 4–8 weeks end-to-end — from systems audit to go-live. Multi-system integrations with complex logic or legacy systems may extend to 10–12 weeks. We confirm the exact timeline after the systems audit in week one.
06.How do you handle data conflicts when both systems update the same record?+
Conflict resolution must be defined before we build — not discovered in production. We map every conflict scenario during the architecture phase: which system is the source of truth for each data type, and what happens if both systems update the same record simultaneously. Every conflict rule is documented and agreed with your team before we write a line of code.
