Cloud DevOps Setup Services in Australia

Stop deploying by hand
and hoping nothing breaks.

Cloud & DevOps Setup Services for Australian Businesses

Manual deployments, no staging environment, infrastructure that only the original developer understands — this is how good software gets fragile. ChainZ sets up the cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline for Australian businesses that lets your team ship confidently: automated, repeatable, and documented so anyone on the team can run a deploy.

This service is for you if…
01Your team deploys by SSHing into a server and running commands manually — which means deployments are risky, infrequent, and dependent on one person who knows the process.
02You have no staging environment — every change goes straight to production, which means bugs reach users before they're caught, and rollbacks are painful.
03You're building a new product and want the infrastructure set up correctly from the start — not retrofitted later when you're under pressure to fix a production incident.

what you get

Cloud & DevOps Setup Services:
Six things we deliver.

01
Cloud infrastructure setup

AWS, GCP, or Azure environment provisioned correctly — VPCs, security groups, IAM roles, managed databases, storage buckets, and load balancers configured to your application's needs. Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) so it's reproducible and documented.

02
CI/CD pipeline

Automated deployment pipeline from code commit to production — via GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or your preferred tool. Automated tests run on every push. Staging deploy on merge to main. Production deploy on tagged release. No manual steps, no one person in the loop.

03
Staging & production environments

Separate environments that match each other — same infrastructure configuration, separate databases. Changes are tested in staging before reaching production. Rollback is a one-command operation, not a manual restore.

04
Containerisation (Docker)

Your application containerised with Docker — consistent behaviour across development, staging, and production. No more "works on my machine" issues. Docker Compose for local development, Kubernetes or ECS for production if scale warrants it.

05
Monitoring, alerting & logging

Application metrics, error tracking, uptime monitoring, and centralised logging — configured from day one. You know when something goes wrong before your users tell you, and you have the logs to diagnose it when it does.

06
Security hardening & backup strategy

Secrets management, network security configuration, automated database backups with tested restore procedures, and SSL/TLS setup. Infrastructure that passes basic security review from day one.

how it works

Infrastructure audit to zero-downtime deploys
in 2–4 weeks.

01. Infrastructure audit & architecture +
We assess your current setup — what exists, what's missing, what's at risk — and design the target infrastructure. Output: architecture diagram and configuration plan agreed before any changes are made to production.
Days 1–3 · Architecture sign-off
02. Environment setup (staging first) +
Staging environment provisioned and configured first. Your application deployed and verified working in staging before we touch production. Infrastructure as Code written as we go — everything is reproducible from the first commit.
Week 1–2 · Staging verified
03. CI/CD pipeline & production migration +
CI/CD pipeline configured and tested in staging. Production environment provisioned. Application migrated to new infrastructure with zero-downtime deployment strategy. Rollback procedure tested before go-live.
Weeks 2–3 · Production go-live
04. Monitoring, docs & handover +
Monitoring and alerting configured, infrastructure documentation delivered, and your team walked through the new deployment process. 30-day support period for any configuration issues that surface post-launch.
Week 3–4 · Handover + support

⚡ SaaS Platform — ChainHub

Multi-region cloud infrastructure handling 500+ AI model connections

ChainHub required cloud infrastructure that could handle 500+ simultaneous AI API connections with zero-downtime deploys. ChainZ designed and deployed the full stack: AWS infrastructure, containerised services, CI/CD pipeline with automated testing, staging environment mirroring production, and monitoring across all services. Staging-to-production deploy in under 4 minutes.

🏭 Factory Floor Edge Infrastructure

ChainZ built ChainHub — a multi-agent orchestration platform connecting 500+ AI models through a single API. ChainHub uses the same agent architecture we deploy for clients: routing logic, tool calling, context management, and fallback handling running reliably at scale, every day.

This proves we can build reliable, production-grade AI agent systems — not just working prototypes.

faq

Cloud & DevOps Setup in Australia:
Questions we get asked.

01.We're already on AWS — do you work with existing infrastructure or start fresh?+
Both. We start with an audit of your existing setup — what's well-configured, what's at risk, and what's missing. For most teams that have organically grown their AWS environment, we improve incrementally rather than rebuild from scratch: adding CI/CD where it doesn't exist, moving secrets into Secrets Manager, setting up staging environments. A full rebuild is only recommended when the existing configuration has structural issues that can't be safely fixed in place.
02.Do you use Australian data regions — AWS Sydney, GCP Sydney?+
Every agent we build has explicit confidence thresholds and human escalation paths. When the agent is uncertain, it flags the item for a human rather than guessing. We run extensive testing on real data before go-live, and the 30-day post-launch support period catches real-world edge cases that didn't appear in testing.
03.Will our team be able to manage the infrastructure after handover?+
That's the goal. Everything we build is documented: infrastructure as code, runbooks for common operations, and a walkthrough session with your team before handover. We specifically avoid configuration that only we understand. Standard daily operations — deploying a new release, scaling a service, checking logs — should require no external help after handover.
04.How much does cloud & DevOps setup cost in Australia?+
A standard setup — cloud environment, CI/CD pipeline, staging environment, monitoring, and documentation — for a single application typically falls in the AUD $8,000–$18,000 range. More complex setups involving multiple services, Kubernetes, multi-region deployment, or significant security hardening typically range AUD $18,000–$40,000. Ongoing cloud costs (AWS/GCP bills) are separate.
05.How long does cloud & DevOps setup take in Australia?+
A standard single-application setup typically takes 2–4 weeks end-to-end — from infrastructure audit to fully documented handover. More complex setups with multiple services, Kubernetes, or significant legacy infrastructure migration may extend to 6 weeks. We confirm the timeline after the infrastructure audit.
06.Can you set up Kubernetes, or is that overkill for our stage?+
For most early-stage and mid-stage products, Kubernetes is overkill — and we'll tell you that. AWS ECS, a managed container service on Railway or Render, or a well-configured EC2 with Docker Compose handles most workloads more simply and cheaply. We recommend Kubernetes when you have multiple services needing independent scaling, or specific requirements it uniquely solves. We don't sell Kubernetes to customers who don't need it.
